PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS:

During the checkout process, there will be a white text box in the bottom left titled  "Order special instructions". Please add the following details:

A. Name & pronouns of person receiving message (+ phonetic pronunciation)

B. Email address (wherever you want the video delivered to)

C. Specific things you'd like to hear in your message! (IE: "Sing me happy          birthday!", "My friend is having a bad day - can you cheer them up by telling them how amazing they are?" etc.)

D. If this is for a birthday, please let us know the date you need the video. We try our best to prioritize orders with a due date (but we can't promise we can deliver it on time especially if it's less than 1 week's notice!) Otherwise, please allow 2 weeks for your video to be sent!
