ADOPTING A PUPPET
HOW DO I ADOPT A PUPPET?
The best chance to adopt one is on Adoption Day! To make sure you don't miss out, why not follow us on Instagram, Patreon, or join our email list? We'll keep you updated with all the important dates and times. Just a heads up, our lovable puppets tend to find their new homes within seconds of launching. So, stay in the loop and be ready to jump on our site when we go live!
WHEN IS ADOPTION DAY?
Adoption Days are once a month! (The cloning process is a tedious process!)
We always post which puppets will be available about 1-2 weeks before Adoption Day so that you can become acquainted with each puppet. Stay tuned for announcements!
CAN I PRE-ORDER A PUPPET?
We aren't able to take on pre-orders for puppets. We're a friendly gang of 3, busy with the whirlwind tasks of cloning puppets, dispatching orders, and creating exciting content for you all! To keep things fair and manageable, we follow a first-come-first-serve policy on Adoption Days - no exceptions. We genuinely appreciate your enthusiasm and know you're eager to get your hands on a puppet. Sadly, we can't accommodate individual requests. We receive a lot of similar messages every day, and it would be superhuman to keep up! We hope you understand, and we're truly sorry if this causes any disappointment.

A PUPPET I WANTED GOT ADOPTED, CAN YOU CLONE ANOTHER ONE?
There is always a possibility a character will make a return for a future adoption day! We have no idea when it will happen though as we make puppets based on what cloning ingredients we have available in the lab!
HOW MUCH DOES A PUPPET COST?
Our adoption fees begin at around $175 and can vary depending on the complexity of the cloning process for each puppet. These adorable puppets are really our labor of love and we pour our hearts into every step of the process. It's not just about sewing fur together for us - we immerse ourselves in dreaming up character quirks and video concepts, put in hours to prep their listings in the shop, get their passports ready for their new adventures, and spend even more time crafting their introduction videos just for you!
CAN I ADOPT A PUPPET TO USE FOR MY BUSINESS MASCOT/SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE?
We absolutely adore the enthusiasm you have for our Adoption Day Puppets. However, we kindly request that they not be used for any business involving social media or promotion, even if it's not for profit. The reason being, it could create a bit of a mix-up with our own business and the partnerships we've nurtured. These lovable puppets are original characters we've copyrighted, primarily intended for personal joy, classrooms, pediatricians, speech therapists, families, psychologists, etc.
If you're on the hunt for a puppet that could be a public figure for your online platform, why not consider commissioning a custom puppet? We're unable to take custom orders right now, but www.swazzle.com might be able to help!
(Pssst! It's totally fine to share videos with your puppet on social media for personal or recreational use, as long as you give us a shout-out as the puppet creators. But, should your video become a sensation, we'd kindly ask you to refrain from making a profit or capitalizing on its success.)
DISCLAIMER: We only officially own any video featuring our characters if it's posted under the @RAGMOPANDGOOSE handle. Any other video is not connected with us, nor do we have any association with anyone who shares videos using our puppets. Our brand is all about inclusion, creativity, fun, innocence, love, and universal acceptance. We hope these principles shine through when our audience uses our puppets. If our puppets are used in a way that doesn't align with our values, please know we absolutely do NOT endorse it.
SHIPPING
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We're thrilled to tell you that we ship WORLDWIDE! Just a quick heads-up, as the buyer, you'll be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or VAT fees, as our listed prices do not cover these. We're really sorry, but Ragmop & Goose can't cover any additional fees. By purchasing from us, you're agreeing to these terms, and we appreciate your understanding.
Tracking might not be available depending on your country. Also, here's a list of countries we, unfortunately, can't ship to at the moment due to USPS restrictions. Please do take a moment to review this before placing your order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once you place your order with us, please allow 2-3 days of processing time to pack and prepare your order.
From there, delivery will depend on the shipping option you chose.
Domestic Shipping Times:
Ground advantage can take 5-7 days
Priority can take 2-3 days
International Shipping Times:
First Class International Shipping can take 3-4 weeks. Please keep in mind your country may require you to pay VAT or import fees when you pick up your parcel from the post office.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your item is on its way, we'll pop you an email with a tracking number. If you've ordered just stickers, they'll be coming in a stamped envelope, so there's no tracking available - but rest assured, they're on their way to you!
I PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I FIX IT?
If your order hasn't hit the road yet, shoot us an email right away and we'll happily update the shipping address for you.
In case your goodies have already shipped, we're sorry but there's not much we can do. We rely on the shipping address you provide (our shipping software grabs this directly from your order to print on our package labels).
If your package does a boomerang back to us because of an incorrect address, a missed post office visit, or a delivery hiccup, you'll need to cover the reshipping fees. So, do take a moment to double-check your shipping and billing details are spot on.
MY PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED
Once we hand off your package to the Post Office, its journey is out of our control.
If, for some unfortunate reason, your package gets lost, stolen, or can't be delivered, you'll need to get in touch with your local Post Office for more details. That said, we're here to help you out as much as we can! We can provide tracking details, the shipping address, and so forth.
If a package does end up finding its way back to us, you'll just need to cover the reshipment fees.
RETURN POLICY
I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT A PUPPET, CAN I RETURN IT?
Once your puppet friend has been cloned and shipped out, we cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds.
MY PUPPET HAS BEEN DAMAGED, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Once your new puppet friend is with you, it's all up to you to keep them safe and sound! We've put our hearts into making them strong with stitching and glue, but they're still handmade and need a gentle touch.
To give them a long, happy life, it's a great idea to keep your puppet in a safe place away from tiny tots or playful pets. Thanks for taking care of your puppet!
APPAREL EXCHANGE
All of our apparel is printed on demand through a third party, which means we are not able to offer exchanges for sizing.
If your shirt arrives with a poorly printed graphic, please contact us.

DO YOU TEACH ANY CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, OR HAVE TUTORIALS ON PUPPET MAKING?
We host puppet making workshops a couple times a year. Please check here for any upcoming workshops:

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR FABRIC?
We get most of our fur from a local store in the Downtown Los Angeles Fabric District called City Fabric. If you're in the LA area, go support his business! He has a beautiful collection of faux furs and they're much more affordable than commercial stores. (He does not do online orders.) You can also order supplies and fur from the following websites:

CAN I MAKE MY OWN STANLEY/SPAGHETTI/ZIGZAG/ETC.?
We're always thrilled to see your artwork that's inspired by what we do! Just a friendly reminder not to copy or repost our work and label it as your own. If you do share any artwork that's been inspired by us, a little shoutout to us would be greatly appreciated! (If you'd like to see your work featured in future Fanart Friday video, be sure to submit here!)
As fellow artists, we encourage you to experiment and explore! It's great to use someone else's work as a reference or a starting point for learning a new technique, but don't stop there! Bring your unique touch to your creations - create your own characters!
Think about your favorite colors, the art forms and media that have influenced you, and the memories you could weave into your work. Think about what you love (or don't love) about yourself. You can also draw inspiration from the people in your life: What's your sibling's favorite music genre? Where is your family from? Asking such questions can help you create and design your unique characters. :)

You're a fan of puppets too? That's awesome! Just a heads up, our puppet adoptions operate on a 'first-come-first-served' basis on Adoption Day only. No fast passes or custom orders, sorry about that! We're absolutely flooded with lovely messages and DMs, but if we started making exceptions for each one, our cloning lab would become a cloning circus! So, to keep things fair and square, we can't respond to emails asking for special privileges.
