INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

If you are a Non-US Customer, please be sure to read ALL of the following before placing your order.

International orders are made at the risk of the buyer. We can ship worldwide (except for these locations). We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

If your country requires VAT, Taxes, or Import Fees to be paid in order to receive the parcel, you are responsible for paying them.

If you reject paying the taxes on the the package or you do not pick it up from customs, you will not be entitled to a refund.

It's common for your package to be held in customs for inspection. We can't determine how long it will be held and it's different for each package/country. If you find your tracking information has stalled, contact your local post office. Sometimes customs will hold your package and require you to pick it up. It's important that you check in on your shipment to stay in the loop of its whereabouts.

Once a package leaves the United States, there isn't anything we or our post office can do to track your package. You will have to contact your local post office to find out more info.

Sometimes packages can be marked "delivered" once its arrived in your country or if it is being held in customs waiting for tax payment. If your package is marked delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office.

Shipping internationally can take 21 days or more (sometimes even 6 weeks). It depends on your country and its customs policies.

We understand all of this can feel frustrating as an international customer (it's frustrating for us too!). We unfortunately cannot control the cost or processes of shipping and taxes. If it were up to us, we wouldn't have any of these harsh restrictions at all. :(
