RULES (DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER WITHOUT READING EVERYTHING.)
Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and welcoming space for everyone. By booking a call, you agree to follow the rules below so we can keep this experience magical and available for all.
CONTENT BOUNDARIES:
- Absolutely no inappropriate topics (sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise offensive). For the sake of keeping things fun and lighthearted, politics and current events will not be discussed.

Please treat the puppets and performer with respect. Disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the call with no refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes us feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
REFUNDS, RESCHEDULES, CANCELLATIONS:

All sales are final. Refunds are only given in the case that we must cancel or reschedule. In the rare occurrence that we have to reschedule or postpone due to a conflict on our end, we will offer a 50% refund. If we have to outright cancel your call due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund.
- You must show up for your call on time. There will be no extensions if you arrive late. If you do not show up at all, there will be no refund.
- If you need to reschedule on your end, there is an additional $25 reschedule fee.
- If there are any connectivity issues (poor connection, dropped calls, etc), we will reschedule you for another day. In this case, you will not be charged for the extra time, nor will a refund be offered. If we do get disconnected, please allow us 24 hours to reach out to you to set up a new call!
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
- These video calls are meant for personal use only. Any attempts to use the call for promotion, business, or solicitation will result in immediate termination with no refund.
- Only 1 puppet per 5-minute phone call. Calls are strictly 5 minutes. If you would like multiple puppets or schedule more time, please book additional sessions.
- You may have more than 1 person present in the room with you during the call, but you cannot invite another person into the call who is not in the room with you. This is to ensure a smooth connection and make the conversation easier to navigate.
(You know how challenging it can be when there's a Zoom room full of people!)

ALL CUSTOMERS:
- All apparel orders are fulfilled by a third-party company, not by Ragmop & Goose, which means apparel will have a separate shipping fee and be sent separately from other shop products.
- When it comes to sizing for apparel - we recommend taking your measurements before ordering to confirm that it will fit you properly, as there are no returns/refunds/exchanges on apparel. There is a sizing chart uploaded in the images for you to review!
US CUSTOMERS:
- Shipping fees will be calculated before check out
- Some products, including clearance items, are excluded from return or exchange. Please read our full Return Policy before ordering.
NON-US CUSTOMERS:
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges on ALL items.
- Our prices do not include any Taxes or Import/VAT Fees. You will be charged by Customs once the parcel has arrived to your country. Customs may hold your package until you claim it - please be sure to follow along your tracking information and contact your local post office for any questions. Apparel: We recommend turning shirts inside out, washing on a gentle cycle with cold or warm water, and hang drying or laying flat to dry to preserve the graphic for as long as possible!
Tote Bags: Handwash with cold water, lay flat to dry.
Plushies: Spot clean with cold or warm water, lay flat to dry.

- Our T-Shirts are shipped by a third-party company. If there are any issues with the quality of your T-Shirt order (poor printing, mislabeled sizing, incorrect design, etc.) please contact us at hello@ragmopandgoose.com describing the issue so we can get in touch with the company to address it.
- Because all orders are fulfilled by a third-party company, there may be discrepancies in their inventory listings. If you've placed an order and we find out it's out of stock/discontinued after the fact, we will contact you personally to adjust the order. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the mean-time!

WORKSHOPS:
We know life happens! If you need to cancel your ticket:
- 14 or more days before the workshop: Full refund minus a $15 processing fee. Or you can transfer to a future date.
- 7–13 days before the workshop: 50% refund. Or you can transfer to a future date.
- Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but you’re welcome to send a friend in your place at no extra cost! Or you can transfer to a future date.
If we ever have to cancel (which is rare!), you’ll get a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
We keep our workshops small so everyone gets hands-on attention, which means last-minute cancellations are hard to fill! Since we purchase materials and reserve the rental space in advance, we can’t always recover those costs if a seat goes unfilled. Thanks for understanding and supporting small creative businesses!
