WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Manufacturing a plushie is a tedious process. It can take 6 months - 1 year just to get the plushie design locked down, about 4 months to mass produce the sample, and then another 30-90 days to ship the large batch of plushies to us. During that time, a number of things can cause delays, including but not limited to holidays, travel issues, weather, and customs. We ask for your patience on this process - we, too wish it didn't take so long!

WHY DO YOU DO PRE-ORDERS?
As a small business, ordering a product to be mass produced is very expensive. We don't have the capital to be able to purchase 1000 plushies from a manufacturer up front. Opening up pre-orders not only helps us fund the costs needed to place the order, but gives us an idea of how well a product we design will sell. If we were to purchase 1000 plushies from a manufacturer and only have 100 people buy it from us- that would really hurt us. But if we have a pre-order launch and see that we only got 100 plushies ordered, we can adjust the amount of plushies we purchase so that we don't waste money or materials.
